Kathryn Watson, Ph.D., is an education researcher and consultant who works with state agencies, school districts, and universities to evaluate programs, translate data, and support better decision-making. This cross-state perspective informs her ability to navigate different policy contexts and implementation challenges.Kathryn’s work is grounded in a core belief: when education systems function well, they create meaningful opportunities for students and strengthen the communities they serve. As a former educator, she understands how programs and policies play out in real school settings and brings that perspective into her evaluation and consulting work. She combines this experience with advanced analytical methods to deliver clear, actionable insights that guide strategy, funding decisions, and program improvement.Based in North Carolina, she also brings experience working with rural schools and Appalachian communities. Please reach out to discuss your work and how we can collaborate.
